Rose has said that she happened to trust someone close to her but was subjected to a conspiracy of deception that led to her being arrested at the airport while she was preparing to go to the United States.
Rose Muhando explained the challenges and pain she went through at that time that made her compose her famous song called ‘Nibebe‘.
“God raised me up and I sang ‘Mteule Uwe Macho’ and ‘Nibebe’. Nibebe is the song that will live on because I went through great pain in the world. Satan came to tempt me, I was subjected to a lot of evil until the police took me and arrested me,” she said.
Rose Muhando, said her problems began after her first manager was taken to prison, she was left alone with the choir singers when a man came and claimed to help her in ministry, but later she decided to leave him and go it alone and then she got an invitation to hold a concert in the United States.
“Later, a man who had never told me he wanted to help me, came and told me he wanted to be my manager. I decided to believe him. But things turned out differently, I didn’t like the situation, so I decided to leave.”
However, the American invitation sparked a terrible lie from people close to him, claiming that he had evaded and stolen a lot of money so on the day of the trip he was arrested on charges of money laundering.
“I was arrested and taken into custody. I was told I had stolen money and I was sent back to Dodoma,” he explained.
After Sakata arrived at the police station, he was asked to leave his car as collateral so that he could continue the trip. The next day he went to the United States and wrote his song ‘Nibebe’, he recounts.
